Myzus persicae genome sequencing project

The <i>Myzus persicae</i> genome is being sequenced by the Baylor College of Medicine Human Genome Sequencing Center (BCM-HGSC) using the Illumina sequencing platform. The genomic DNA for this project was isolated from whole adults from a USDA tobacco adapted lineage (red).

桃蚜（Myzus persicae）的基因组目前由贝勒医学院人类基因组测序中心（BCM-HGSC）依托Illumina测序平台开展测序工作。本项目所用的基因组DNA，提取自美国农业部（USDA）烟草适应性品系（红色型）的完整成虫个体。
