We sequenced the transcriptome of the proliferative progenitor cells of the intestine to determine how the microbiome was affecting growth in wild-type intestines and those with Notch-deficient tumors Overall design: A total of 6 conditions and 17 samples were analyzed. For each condition, we used 3 biological replicates, except for the Gfesgts where an n=2 was used due to the loss of one sample upon RNA extraction.
本研究对肠道增殖祖细胞的转录组进行测序,旨在探究微生物组对野生型肠道及携带Notch缺陷型肿瘤的肠道生长的影响。实验设计概述:本研究共分析6种实验条件下的17份样本。除Gfesgts组外,其余各组均设置3次生物学重复;Gfesgts组因RNA提取过程中丢失1份样本,故仅设置2次生物学重复(n=2)。
