Protective effects of breviscapine on HFHC diet-induced C57 mice

The proteomics data of liver tissue of 16-week-old HFHC-induced mice treated with saline or breviscapine for 8 weeks. The mice fed with high fat and high cholesterol were also divided into two groups. The control group was treated with normal saline for 8W, and the drug group was treated with breviscapine for 8W n=3.

本数据集为经高脂高胆固醇（High Fat High Cholesterol, HFHC）饲料诱导造模的16周龄小鼠的肝脏组织蛋白质组学数据。造模小鼠通过高脂高胆固醇饲料喂养构建，随后被分为两组：对照组以生理盐水干预8周，给药组以灯盏花素（breviscapine）干预8周，每组样本量n=3。
