CHD6 eviction of promoter nucleosomes maintains housekeeping transcriptional program in prostate cancer

Genome-wide binding profile of CHD6 (Bethyl, catalog: A301-221A) in HEK293 were profiled using cleavage under targets and tagmentation sequencing (CUT&Tag-seq). Overall design: CUT&Tag-seq library of CHD6 associated chromatin were immunoprecipitated in HEK293本研究采用靶向切割与转座酶测序（cleavage under targets and tagmentation sequencing, CUT&Tag-seq），对HEK293细胞中染色质解旋酶DNA结合蛋白6（CHD6）的全基因组结合谱进行检测。所用抗体购自Bethyl公司，货号为A301-221A。实验整体设计如下：在HEK293细胞中，对与CHD6结合的染色质开展免疫沉淀，以此构建CUT&Tag-seq文库。
