We used the expression profiles from each cluster identified in scRNA-seq of a WT replicate to deconvolute the cell type composition of all 20 iPSC-EC lines in hypoxia and normoxia. Each column represents the percentage of cells mapped to each cluster identified by single cell RNA-seq. Clusters 2 & 4 represent endothelial cells as defined by canonical marker gene expression. While proportions vary by line, we find no significant differences between populations in either condition. (XLSX)

我们采用野生型(Wild Type, WT)生物学重复样本的单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)所鉴定得到的各细胞簇的表达谱,对缺氧与常氧条件下全部20株诱导多能干细胞-内皮细胞(induced pluripotent stem cell-endothelial cell, iPSC-EC)系的细胞类型组成进行解卷积分析。每一列代表映射至该单细胞RNA测序所鉴定得到的各细胞簇的细胞占比。簇2与簇4可通过经典标记基因的表达特征定义为内皮细胞。尽管各细胞系间的细胞占比存在差异,但我们未在两种培养条件下的细胞群体间观测到显著差异。(XLSX)
