Ethanol stress Pichia anomala Transcriptome

To explore the mechanisms of the growth and aroma-producing metabolism of Pichia anomala under ethanol stress, transcriptomic results were collected from different concentrations (3% (v/v), 6% (v/v) and 9% (v/v)) of ethanol stress groups, and genes and metabolic pathways that relate to growth and aroma-producing were screened.

为探究异常毕赤酵母（Pichia anomala）在乙醇胁迫下的生长与产香代谢机制，本研究采集了浓度分别为3%（v/v）、6%（v/v）及9%（v/v）的乙醇胁迫组的转录组数据，并筛选出与生长及产香相关的基因与代谢通路。
