The goals of this study are to compare RNA-seq results for MV4-11 cell line in either the absence or presence of ZNF217 2 MV4-11 samples with no treatment and 2 MV4-11 samples with ZNF217 knockdown

研究目的：下一代测序（Next-generation sequencing, NGS）已为细胞通路的系统级分析带来了革命性变革。本研究旨在对比MV4-11细胞系在存在或缺失ZNF217两种条件下的RNA测序（RNA-seq）结果，具体包含2份未经处理的MV4-11样本，以及2份经ZNF217敲低处理的MV4-11样本。
