Metadata from the Illumina MiSeq metabarcoding library (12S-V5 primer pair)

A CSV file describing the metadata from the Illumina MiSeq metabarcoding library obtained with the 12S-V5 primer pair to identify true samples, positive (fish and amphibian mock community) and negative controls (including field, extraction and PCR blanks). The data contained in the file was managed with R package <i>phyloseq</i> and formatted for ecological analyses using additional R packages (e.g. <i>vegan</i>).<br>
