Professor Cosimo Mazzotta is a pioneer of Corneal Crosslinking and Keratoconus Conservative treatment protocols developer. He was the forst doinf the confocal microscpy studies in vivo in humans after crosslinking ad intrioduced crosslinking in Italy. he authored the M nomogram for the treatment of all thickness ectatic corneas includinh thin and ultrathin.
