Radar–Satellite Fusion Nowcasting Dataset (Himawari-8 BTD + Weather Radar) over Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia (2019)

This record provides the dataset used for radar–satellite fusion rainfall nowcasting over the Kendari region, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The study domain covers 280 km × 280 km (128×128 pixels) bounded by 2.77°S–5.32°S and 121.16°E–123.67°E. The dataset spans 60 consecutive days (01 Jan–29 Feb 2024) at 10-minute cadence (8640 aligned timestamps). Data are distributed as ZIP archives for Himawari-8 BTD inputs (btd_13-08, btd_15-13, btd_16-13), radar reflectivity (radar), and three binary target mask sets (t1, t2, t3) corresponding to the operational rainfall thresholds evaluated in the study. For reproducibility, the record includes the fixed day-grouped split protocol (split_days_fixed.json), per-lead manifests for 10/30/60-minute horizons (manifests/), and an integrity/alignment report (validation_report.json).本数据集用于印度尼西亚东南苏拉威西省肯达里（Kendari）区域的雷达-卫星融合降水临近预报研究。研究区域范围为280 km × 280 km（对应128×128像素），地理坐标覆盖南纬2.77°至5.32°、东经121.16°至123.67°。数据集时间跨度为2024年1月1日至2月29日，共计60个连续自然日，时间分辨率为10分钟，总计8640个对齐时间戳。数据以ZIP压缩包形式分发，包含以下类别文件：向日葵8号（Himawari-8）亮温差（Brightness Temperature Difference, BTD）输入数据（涵盖btd_13-08、btd_15-13、btd_16-13三种波段组合）、雷达反射率数据（radar），以及对应本研究评估的业务化降水阈值的三套二值目标掩码集（t1、t2、t3）。为保障研究可复现性，本数据集附带以下辅助材料：固定按日期分组的数据集划分协议（split_days_fixed.json）、适用于10/30/60分钟预报提前量的单超前时间清单文件（manifests/目录），以及完整性与对齐性验证报告（validation_report.json）。
