In October 2022, the CHIME/FRB collaboration announced the discovery of a new fast radio burst (FRB), designated FRB 20220912A. Nine bursts were observed in the CHIME frequency band over a three-day period, suggesting that FRB 20220912A could be a highly active repeating source. This dataset presents observations from the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST) collected in 2022, focusing on FRB 20220912A. It includes detailed properties for the 1,076 bursts detected, as documented in the appendix of the paper titled "FAST Observations of FRB 20220912A: Burst Properties and Polarization Characteristics." The dataset also includes the raw observational data for the 1,076 bursts.
