Transcriptional Response of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv to dapsone

To understand the response of M. tuberculosis (MTB) to the drug dapsone, we performed transcriptomics on MTB bacilli exposed to the drug. Bacteria were harvested at 0,1 day after being exposed to concentrations of dapsone (no drug, 25μM) as indicated in each sample title. RNA was isolated and gene expression quantified by sequencing.

为探究结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis, MTB）对药物氨苯砜（dapsone）的应答反应，我们对暴露于该药物的MTB菌体开展了转录组学分析。按照每个样本标题标注的分组条件，将暴露于不同浓度氨苯砜（无药物对照、25μM）的菌体分别在暴露后0天、1天进行收集。随后提取总RNA，并通过测序技术对基因表达量进行定量分析。
