The screen-printed circuit defect dataset (SPC)

The Screen Printed Circuits (SPC) dataset is designed to address bottlenecks caused by lack of data in industrial circuit manufacturing processes. The dataset focuses on the types of defects commonly found in the production of screen printed circuits and provides a resource for intelligent quality inspection.The defects found so far can be categorized into four main types: loss, overflow, edge serrations, and scratches.

丝网印刷电路（Screen Printed Circuits, SPC）数据集旨在解决工业电路生产流程中因数据不足引发的瓶颈问题。该数据集聚焦丝网印刷电路生产过程中常见的缺陷类型，可为智能质量检测提供数据资源支撑。目前已识别的缺陷可分为四大主要类别：缺印、溢墨、边缘锯齿与划痕。
