Intestinal microbiota dysbiosis influence is an emerging field of research in spondyloarthritis, opened by next-generation sequencing. Microbiota composition may be linked with TNF alpha inhibitors action. Our study aimed to characterize microbiota composition before and three months after introduction of an anti-TNFα treatment, in spondyloarthritis patients.

肠道菌群失调（intestinal microbiota dysbiosis）对脊柱关节炎（spondyloarthritis）的影响是由下一代测序（next-generation sequencing）技术开启的新兴研究领域。菌群组成或与TNF-α抑制剂（TNF alpha inhibitors）的作用存在关联。本研究旨在解析脊柱关节炎患者接受抗TNFα（anti-TNFα）治疗前及治疗3个月后的菌群组成特征。
