NCBI Refseq database as of May 2023 part 2

This is the second part of the NCBI Refseq bacterial database originally downloaded in May of 2023. This was used to create the Bacterial 16S and Gyrb databases used in gyrB primer development. The first part can be found at 10.5281/zenodo.10452184. To recombine the database parts use the code "cat Bacteria.refseq.tar.gz.part* > Bacteria.refseq.tar.gz" the total file size of the downloaded refseq database is 88 GB The gyrB and 16S databases can be found at 10.5281/zenodo.10451935本数据集为2023年5月首次下载的国家生物技术信息中心参考序列（NCBI RefSeq）细菌数据库的第二分卷。该数据集被用于构建开发gyrB引物所需的细菌16S与gyrB数据库。其第一分卷可于10.5281/zenodo.10452184获取。 若需重组该数据库的各分卷，可执行以下命令： "cat Bacteria.refseq.tar.gz.part* > Bacteria.refseq.tar.gz" 本次下载的RefSeq数据库总文件大小为88 GB。 对应的gyrB与16S数据库可于10.5281/zenodo.10451935获取。
