Metatranscriptomics of chemotherapy-induced dysbiosis in mouse gut

The structure and transcriptional profile of the intestinal microbiota was profiled by metatranscriptomic analyses in response to chemotherapy with Doxorubicin and Cisplatin.本研究采用宏转录组学分析（metatranscriptomic analyses），对多柔比星（Doxorubicin）与顺铂（Cisplatin）化疗干预下肠道菌群的群落结构与转录谱特征进行了解析。
