Data files for the narG phylogeny in Supplementary Figure S3 of "Genetic potential for aerobic respiration and denitrification in globally distributed respiratory endosymbionts".<br><br>Files for a narG gene phylogeny of sequences closely related to the narG sequence of Azoamicaceae. 本数据集对应论文《全球分布的呼吸内共生体的有氧呼吸与反硝化遗传潜力》补充图S3中的narG系统发育分析数据文件。

本次数据涵盖与偶氮菌科（Azoamicaceae）narG序列亲缘关系紧密的序列的narG基因系统发育分析文件。所纳入的基因组及宏基因组组装基因组（MAGs）均获取自基因组分类数据库（Genome Taxonomy Database, GTDB）与地球微生物组基因组目录（Genomic Catalog of Earth's Microbiomes, GEM）。
