This machine is composed of 19 mechanisms including mobile paper unwinding stand, guide roller, longitudinal adhesive coating, heat sealing, slitting, spreading, positioning, lower surface adhesive coating, upper surface adhesive coating, paper pulling, flying knife, paper stacking, as well as the transmission system and glue supply device. It adopts a unique paper tube manufacturing method, which enables production of multi-variety and multi-specification paper tubes with various types of paper. It can also manufacture products with special specifications according to customer requirements, and simultaneously produce bundled paper tubes with three different diameters in a single operation. The height of the paper tubes is adjustable, helping to reduce paper consumption. For paper tubes with a diameter ranging from 4.8 cm to 10 cm, the paper saving rate can reach 12.5% to 19.0%. The product is tube-type honeycomb nursery paper containers, abbreviated as paper tubes, which are mainly used for seedling cultivation in agriculture and forestry, and can also be applied to industries such as building materials and packaging.
