LC-MS data about glucosylsphingosine and glucosylceramide levels in brains and livers of Gba mutant mice

The data included LC/MS data of glucosylsphingosine and glucosylceramide of mouse brain land liver extracts. Tissues are from five different Gba genotype mice, which are wildtype L444P/L444P, L444P/null, D409H/D409H, and D409H/null.本数据集包含小鼠脑组织及肝组织提取物中葡萄糖基鞘氨醇（glucosylsphingosine）与葡萄糖基神经酰胺（glucosylceramide）的液相色谱-质谱联用（LC/MS）数据。实验所用组织来源于5种不同Gba基因型的小鼠，分别为野生型、L444P/L444P、L444P/null、D409H/D409H以及D409H/null基因型小鼠。
