INTUSSUSCEPTION DUE TO MESENTERIC VASCULITIS A RARE MANIFESTATION OF SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

Mesenteric vasculitis is one of the rare but deadliest complication of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with a vast diverse spectrum of vasculopathy developing hemorrhage, ulceration, perforation, bowel necrosis, thrombosis. Intussusception due to underlying mesenteric vasculitis in background of SLE has been reported previously as a rare association in various literatures [1, 2]. Here we report a case of SLE with low SLEDAI where initial presentation was mesenteric vasculitis but it progressed to intussusception which is a rare presentation.

肠系膜血管炎（Mesenteric vasculitis）是系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE）罕见但致死性的并发症之一，可引发谱型极为多样的血管病变，进而导致出血、溃疡、穿孔、肠坏死及血栓形成。
既往多项文献[1, 2]曾报道，继发于SLE背景下肠系膜血管炎的肠套叠（Intussusception）是一种罕见的合并症。
本文报告1例系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数（SLEDAI）评分较低的SLE患者，其初始临床表现为肠系膜血管炎，后续进展为肠套叠，此种表现较为罕见。
