16S amplicon sequencing of 56 in vitro rumen fermentation fluid samples

The two Pichia strains (P. membranifaciens M12 and P. kudriavzevii Y4) were isolated from the rumen environment of Holstein cows.The total volume of each in vitro fermentation system was 50 mL. Each fermentation bottle contained 500 mg of substrate with a concentrate-to-forage ratio of 6:4. Two incubation time pointsand five experimental treatments were established

两株毕赤酵母（Pichia）菌株分别为膜形毕赤酵母（P. membranifaciens）M12和库德里阿兹威毕赤酵母（P. kudriavzevii）Y4，均分离自荷斯坦奶牛（Holstein cows）的瘤胃环境。各体外发酵体系的总体积为50 mL，每个发酵瓶中添加500 mg底物，精粗比为6:4。实验设置了2个培养时间点与5个实验处理组。
