硕士毕业论文,以马尾松成熟胚为外植体,开展6-BA浓度及其诱导时长对马尾松不定芽诱导的影响研究,并结合RNA-seq转录组测序技术,揭示不同浓度及诱导时长处理下马尾松不定芽诱导表型差异的细胞内基因差异表达谱式的变化规律,为构建高质量的不定芽诱导培养体系提供理论指导,并对茎段不定芽高效诱导进行了讲究,构建高效的马尾松不定芽诱导、茎段增殖与植株再生体系。
This master’s thesis employs mature embryos of Pinus massoniana as explants to investigate the impacts of 6-BA concentration and its induction duration on adventitious bud induction in Pinus massoniana. Using RNA-seq transcriptome sequencing technology, it uncovers the variation patterns of intracellular gene differential expression profiles underlying the phenotypic disparities in adventitious bud induction of Pinus massoniana under treatments with different concentrations and induction durations, offering theoretical guidance for establishing a high-quality adventitious bud induction culture system. Additionally, it carries out research on the efficient induction of adventitious buds from stem segments, and constructs an efficient system for adventitious bud induction, stem segment proliferation and plant regeneration of Pinus massoniana.
