本研究旨在评估经含奥沙利铂方案治疗失败的老年转移性结直肠癌（metastatic colorectal cancer, mCRC）患者中，两种治疗策略的疗效与安全性：一是全程予以FOLFIRI联合阿柏西普（FOLFIRI-aflibercept）治疗；二是先采用FOLFIRI联合阿柏西普（FOLFIRI-aflibercept）进行初始治疗（共6个周期），随后给予5FU联合阿柏西普（5FU-aflibercept）行维持治疗。
