Parkinson Disease Frontal Cortex Transcriptomic analysis

We analyzed the transcriptome of the Frontal Cortex (FC) of Parkinson diseased (PD) individuals compared to age-matched controls. Overall design: Samples obtained from post-mortem FC of 8 symptomatic PD patients (Braak stage 4-5) and 7 control individuals without neuropathological lesions or neurological signs.

本研究对比分析了帕金森病（Parkinson disease, PD）患者与年龄匹配对照者的额叶皮层（Frontal Cortex, FC）转录组。实验设计概况：样本取自8例有症状的帕金森病患者（Braak分期4~5期）及7例无神经病理损伤或神经体征的对照个体的死后额叶皮层组织。
