Ocular Toxoplasmosis Fundus Images Dataset

The Ocular Toxoplasmosis (OT) Fundus Images Dataset contains a set of eye images collected at the Hospital de Clínicas and Hospital General Pedriático Acosta Ñu medical centers from Asunción, Paraguay. The dataset is used in the generation of models for automatic detection of ocular toxoplasmosis. Used as a tool for OT diagnosis, a predictive model could save time, help diagnose atypical cases and also assist ophthalmologists, being particularly useful for those with less experience. | +-- dataset_labels.csv The dataset contains two major folders, one with all the collected images and another one with the masks for lesions of eyes images with ocular toxoplasmosis. The dataset also includes a csv file with the labels for each image: healthy, active and inactive lesions, this two being non healthy. Notes about the masks: the dataset includes masks for all non healthy images (active and inactive lesions). In order to differentiate the active lesions which are less common that the inactive ones, the mask includes the suffix -a for all the masks of active lesions.

眼弓形虫病（Ocular Toxoplasmosis, OT）眼底图像数据集收录了一批采集自巴拉圭亚松森Clínicas医院与Pedriático Acosta Ñu综合儿童医院的眼部图像。该数据集可用于构建眼弓形虫病自动检测模型：作为眼弓形虫病诊断工具，此类预测模型可有效节省诊断时长，辅助识别非典型病例，同时为眼科医师提供协助，尤其对经验尚浅的从业者极具实用价值。

该数据集包含两个核心文件夹：其一存储全部采集到的眼部图像，其二存储眼弓形虫病患者眼部病变区域的掩码图像；此外还附带一份CSV格式标签文件，为每张图像标注对应类别：健康、活动性病变与非活动性病变，后两类均属于非健康范畴。

关于掩码的说明：本数据集仅为非健康图像（含活动性病变与非活动性病变）提供掩码文件。为区分占比更低的活动性病变与非活动性病变，所有活动性病变对应的掩码文件名称均带有后缀`-a`。
