Allylic Amination of Alkenes with Iminothianthrenes to Afford Alkyl Allylamines

Allylic C–H amination is currently accomplished with (sulfon)­amides or carbamates. Here we show the first allylic amination that can directly afford alkyl allylamines, enabled by the reactivity of thianthrene-based nitrogen sources that can be prepared from primary amines in a single step.当前烯丙基C-H胺化反应（Allylic C–H amination）通常以（磺）酰胺或氨基甲酸酯作为反应试剂实现。本研究首次报道了可直接生成烷基烯丙基胺的烯丙基胺化反应，该反应依托可由伯胺一步制备的噻蒽类氮源的反应活性完成。
