为探究Kelch样ECH结合蛋白1(Keap1)C151位点在小鼠肝脏基因表达诱导中的调控作用,本研究对经CDDO-Me或溶剂处理的野生型、核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)敲除型及携带Keap1 C151点突变(C151S)的小鼠肝脏的全面基因表达谱开展了对比分析。 整体实验设计:对三种基因型小鼠(野生型、Nrf2敲除型、Keap1 C151S敲入型)的肝脏RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据进行基因表达谱分析,所有受试小鼠均在接受单剂量(30 μmol/kg 体重)CDDO-Me或溶剂处理24小时后取样。
