A comprehensive RNASeq analysis was performed on Primary Human Oral Keratinocytes following their interaction with the haploid WT strain GZY903 and the diploid strain SC5314. Results imply the differential response of host to both strain types. Overall design: Primary Human Oral Keratinocytes (HOK) were co-cultured with Haploid Wild type strain GZY903 and diploid wild type strain SC5314 at an MOI of 1 for 6 hours. Uninfected HOK were processed in parallel as controls. RNA was extracted from infected and uninfeted cultures for RNA Seq analysis.

本研究针对原代人口腔角质细胞(Primary Human Oral Keratinocytes,HOK)与单倍体野生型(Wild Type,WT)菌株GZY903、二倍体菌株SC5314的共培养相互作用样本,开展了全面的RNA测序(RNASeq)分析。 研究结果表明,宿主对这两种菌株类型的应答存在显著差异。 整体实验设计:将原代人口腔角质细胞(HOK)以感染复数(Multiplicity of Infection,MOI)为1的比例,分别与单倍体野生型菌株GZY903、二倍体菌株SC5314共培养6小时;同时设置未感染的HOK作为平行对照。随后从感染组与未感染组的培养物中提取RNA,用于RNA测序分析。
