WMS service of the urban development plan “4-1966-16 BPL Südlich der Moorhaldenstraße” of the city of Mühlacker, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.米尔帕克市（Mühlacker）编号为"4-1966-16 BPL Südlich der Moorhaldenstraße"的城市发展规划所对应的网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS），该服务基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集，并依照欧洲空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）标准完成了数据转换。
