CstF64 iCLIP-seq in control and U1 AMO-treated HeLa cells

To understand the effect of U1 AMO treatment on CstF64 binding profile , we carried out CstF64 iCLIP-seq experiments in HeLa cells treated with either control or U1 AMO. Control and U1 AMO were transfected into HeLa cells,after 12 hour. CstF64 iCLIP-seq(s) were carried out using the standard iCLIP-seq protocol (König J et al. 2010)为探究U1 AMO处理对CstF64结合谱的影响，我们在经对照处理或U1 AMO处理的HeLa细胞中开展了CstF64 iCLIP-seq实验。实验步骤为：将对照试剂与U1 AMO转染至HeLa细胞，待转染12小时后，采用标准iCLIP-seq实验流程（König J等，2010）完成本次实验。
