To collect the embryos, we obtained male and female adults which inhabit near the Japanese coast and maintained in aquarium tanks and harvested eggs. We used stage 23-31 embryos ranging from the mid-pharyngeal stage to late stage leading to pre-hatching embryos for the mRNA extraction.
