To collect the embryos, we obtained male and female adults which inhabit near the Japanese coast and maintained in aquarium tanks and harvested eggs. We used stage 23-31 embryos ranging from the mid-pharyngeal stage to late stage leading to pre-hatching embryos for the mRNA extraction.为收集胚胎样本，我们获取了栖息于日本近岸海域、饲养于水族箱中的雌雄成体，并采集其所产的卵。我们选取23至31期的胚胎（涵盖咽部中期至孵化前晚期的发育阶段）进行信使核糖核酸（mRNA）的提取。
