In this project, longitudinal resting-state functional MRI was performed in the TgF344-AD rat model for Alzheimer's Disease. Male rats were scanned at 4-monhts of age and 6-months of age, respectively prior to the onset of amyloid-B plaques and at the early stage of amyloid-B plaque accumulation.
