Integral approach in the resistome characterization on Spanish swine farms.

This study aimed at evaluating, with a metagenomic approach, the impact of the production system and the type of sample in the antimicrobial resistance development in swine herds. It provided the first integral analysis of the resistome on swine farms that compared intensive and extensive production systems with information from animals, their environment and slurry.

本研究旨在通过宏基因组（metagenomic）方法，评估养殖生产体系与样本类型对猪群抗菌素耐药性发展的影响。本研究首次对猪场耐药组（resistome）开展了全面分析，对比了集约化与粗放型两种养殖生产体系，并整合了来自动物、养殖环境及粪浆的相关信息。
