Tumor and immune cell types interact to produce heterogeneous phenotypes of pediatric high grade glioma [scRNA-seq]

Single-cell RNA-Seq was conducted on 19 pediatric high-grade glioma patient samples to study tumor heterogeneity and tumor/immune cell interaction. scRNA-Seq on 19 patient samples of pediatric high grade glioma为研究肿瘤异质性及肿瘤与免疫细胞的相互作用，研究人员对19例儿童高级别胶质瘤患者样本开展了单细胞RNA测序（Single-cell RNA-Seq）。 对19例儿童高级别胶质瘤患者样本进行了scRNA-Seq。
