(h)MeDIP-Seq of high-risk prostate cancer

Immunoprecipitation of methylated and hydroxymethylated DNA was performed on DNA isolated from tumoral and non-tumoral prostate tissue of patients with high-risk disease. Samples were sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq as 50 bp single end.EGA study EGAS00001001019

本研究针对高危前列腺疾病患者的肿瘤与非肿瘤前列腺组织提取的DNA，开展甲基化与羟甲基化DNA免疫沉淀（methylated and hydroxymethylated DNA immunoprecipitation）实验。所有样本均采用Illumina HiSeq测序平台，以50 bp单端模式完成测序。本数据集隶属于EGA研究EGAS00001001019。
