The rhizosphere soils of field-grown rice (Cultivar Co51) grown under three different cultivation methods viz., conventional wetland, system of rice intensification and direct seeded aerobic rice were assessed for the bacterial community composition at tillering (40 days old), flowering (80 days old), and maturity (110 days) stages. The metagenomic DNA was extracted from the soils and V3-V4 hypervariable region of the 16S rRNA gene amplcons were sequenced by Ion torrent platform.

本研究对采用三种不同种植方式(即常规水田种植、水稻强化栽培系统、旱直播水稻种植)大田栽培的水稻(品种Co51)的根际土壤,在其分蘖期(40日龄)、开花期(80日龄)及成熟期(110日龄)三个生长阶段的细菌群落组成进行了评估。随后从土壤样品中提取宏基因组DNA,并借助离子激流(Ion Torrent)测序平台完成16S rRNA基因V3-V4高变区扩增子的测序。
