利用液滴微流控技术在单细胞分选方面高通量的优势,建立微流控芯片体系。将该体系用于单分散干细胞的原位分离与分选,可高效获得均一化的细胞负载微胶囊。在微胶囊中可通过系列培养、诱导与分化过程获得所需类型的类器官,并研究其发育规律。
Leveraging the high-throughput advantage of droplet microfluidics in single-cell sorting, a microfluidic chip system was established. By applying this system to the in-situ separation and sorting of monodisperse stem cells, uniform cell-laden microcapsules can be efficiently obtained. Target organoids can be generated within these microcapsules via sequential culture, induction and differentiation processes, and their developmental regularities can be investigated.
