*Transmission studies were performed with the low-CLs psyllid colony. A conventional and nested PCR was used to assess CLs percentage in sampled population at 5 and 12 weeks of plant exposure to psyllids.本研究采用低CLs木虱种群开展传毒试验。在植株暴露于木虱后的第5周和第12周，通过常规PCR及巢式PCR对采样种群中的CLs带毒率进行检测评估。
