A parametric framework for estimating aggregate density in the Southern Ocean: the critical role of phytoplankton community composition

The data is mainly used for the calculation of aggregate density in the article, including the historical literature TEP and Chl a data mentioned in the article, and the measured surface TEP and CHla data of the Amundsen Sea and the Cosmonaut Sea.
