Surface soils along elevation transects of the Tibetan Plateau (TP) were sampled to investigate the N-associated biogeochemical indicators, including the stable isotopes (δ15N of organic and inorganic N, and δ18O of nitrate) and functional genes of N-cycling microbes (ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and archaea, nitrate-reducing bacteria, nitrite-reducing bacteria).
为探究氮相关生物地球化学指标,研究人员对青藏高原(Tibetan Plateau, TP)沿海拔样带的表层土壤进行了采样,所涉指标包括稳定同位素(有机氮与无机氮的δ15N、硝酸盐的δ18O)以及氮循环微生物的功能基因(氨氧化细菌与古菌、硝酸盐还原菌、亚硝酸盐还原菌)。
