The experimental data were collected from 67 students majoring in physical education at a Chinese university, comprising 35 students (9 women) in the experimental class and 32 students (9 women) in the control class. Data collection was conducted before, during, and after the experiment through pre-tests, mid-tests, and post-tests. Assuming that the initial abilities of the students in both classes were the same before the experiment, the skill levels of the students in both classes significantly improved after the teaching intervention. However, the results of the experimental class were significantly higher than those of the control class.

本实验数据集采集自国内某高校的67名体育专业学生，其中实验班35名（女生9名），对照班32名（女生9名）。数据采集工作于实验前、实验中及实验后三个阶段，分别通过前测、中测与后测完成。假设实验开展前两班学生的初始能力水平一致，则经教学干预后，两班学生的运动技能水平均得到显著提升，但实验班的测试结果显著优于对照班。
