To investigate the transcriptome changes during reprogramming of of human cardiac fibroblasts to cardiomyocytes Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for three primary cardiac fibroblasts (1274-20, 1289-20,1309-21) before and after reprogramming本研究旨在探究人类心脏成纤维细胞（cardiac fibroblasts）重编程为心肌细胞（cardiomyocytes）过程中的转录组（transcriptome）变化。整体实验设计：对3株原代心脏成纤维细胞（1274-20、1289-20、1309-21）在重编程前后的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据进行比较基因表达谱分析。
