pyAFQ Stanford HARDI tractography and mapping

This tractography and registration mapping was created from the data that is in this PURL on the Stanford Digital Repository: https://searchworks.stanford.edu/view/yx282xq2090. The data were processed using the pyAFQ software and Dipy, to create tensor-based tracts. These were down-sampled by a factor of 1000, and stored in the trk file.The data were also registered to the MNI T2 template, using the SyN algorithm (Avants et al. 2008), implemented in Dipy. Both forward and backward transformation images were saved and are stored the nifti file.
本神经纤维束追踪(tractography)与配准图谱来源于斯坦福数字仓储(Stanford Digital Repository)中对应PURL(Persistent Uniform Resource Locator,永久统一资源定位符)链接的数据集:https://searchworks.stanford.edu/view/yx282xq2090。该数据集通过pyAFQ软件与Dipy工具进行处理,以生成基于张量的神经纤维束。生成的纤维束以1000倍的降采样率进行下采样,并存储为trk格式文件。此外,本数据集采用Dipy实现的SyN算法(Avants等,2008)配准至MNI T2模板空间。正向与反向变换图像均已保存,并存储于NIfTI(Neuroimaging Informatics Technology Initiative)格式文件中。
