为深入解析Meis2突变小鼠触觉缺陷背后的分子变化机制,我们对野生型(WT)、Isl1Cre/+及Isl1Cre/+::Meis2LoxP/LoxP品系胚胎发育第18.5天(E18.5)的小鼠胚胎背根神经节(Dorsal Root Ganglia, DRG)开展了批量RNA测序(bulk RNAseq)分析,并针对上述三类样本的RNA测序数据完成了比较基因表达谱分析。
