BLAST analysis of Differentially Abundant ASVs

This repository contains data pertaining to the BLAST and subsequent phylogenetic analysis of the 59 differentially abundant (DA) amplicon sequence variants (ASVs). DA_ASV.fasta: fasta file of the 59 DA ASVs.DA_ASV_top_50_BLASTn_hits.txt: BLAST results of all 59 ASVs.DA_ASV_tree.align: Alignment file for 59 DA ASVs and top 297 top BLAST hits. Top BLAST hist are listed by accession number.本仓库包含针对59个差异丰度（differentially abundant, DA）扩增子序列变异体（amplicon sequence variant, ASV）开展BLAST比对及后续系统发育分析的相关数据。 DA_ASV.fasta：包含59个DA ASV的FASTA格式文件； DA_ASV_top_50_BLASTn_hits.txt：全部59个ASV的BLASTn比对结果文件； DA_ASV_tree.align：针对59个DA ASV及297个最优BLAST比对结果的序列比对文件，其中最优比对结果以登录号（accession number）形式列出。
