Insecticides resistance

Larvae of Cx. quinquefasciatus (and Cx. pipiens pallens) collected from the field were reared in the lab to adulthood to get F1 generation. Then, without any exposure to insecticides, half of the F1 generation (12 larvae) was sequenced.

野外采集的致倦库蚊（Cx. quinquefasciatus）与淡色库蚊（Cx. pipiens pallens）幼虫，于实验室中饲养至成虫阶段以获得F1代种群。随后，在未接触任何杀虫剂的条件下，选取半数F1代幼虫（共12只）进行测序。
