Flanking sequence database

This dataset contains flanking sequences of T Cell Receptor (TCR) alleles, generated from high-quality genome assemblies provided by the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC). Flanking sequences of two lengths (50 bp and 200 bp) were grouped by alleles, and distinct flanking sequences within the same allele are labeled by appending “&flank” to the allele name for ease of identification.
