This dataset provides daily observed sensor zenith angle data (product VNP46A1) for eight administrative districts in Puerto Rico, spanning the temporal range from January 21, 2018 to January 20, 2019. The eight administrative districts are Arecibo, Bayamón, Caguas, Carolina, Guayama, Humacao, Ponce, and San Juan, with spatial bounds of (-66°46′12″ ~ -65°52′37″, 18°18′54″ ~ 17°52′58″). Raw data was sourced from the website https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/search/. Preprocessing operations were performed on the raw data, including format conversion (converting the original H5 format to TIFF), spatial cropping, and extraction of sensor zenith angle information. The processed dataset will serve as the data source for subsequent angle modeling studies.
