Transcriptome Sequencing

Perform transcriptome sequencing of cells from control group and knockout group, compare the changes in gene expression levels of cells in different groups, and analyze the changes in signal pathways related to differentially expressed genes.对对照组与敲除组的细胞进行转录组测序（transcriptome sequencing），比较不同组别细胞的基因表达水平变化，并分析差异表达基因（differentially expressed genes）相关信号通路的变化情况。
